No, just pop in during the posted Open Play Session times. A playground host will be available to help your family get registered on site.

Yes and No.

We recommend limiting your time to 1 hour.  However, this will only be enforced when the playground is busy.  If we need to limit people to 1 hour, the playground host will notify you 15 minutes prior to your ending time to give kids plenty of extra play minutes.

It is possible the wrong email address was entered or that the final step of the registration process was not completed.  

Please include the date and time of the RSVP you tried to register for and we will confirm if it was an incorrect email or incomplete registration.

• If it was an incorrect email, we will reply with your reservation details.

• If it was an incomplete registration, hopefully the spot is still open for you to finish registering.  If that time is already full, we cannot guarentee a time slot will reopen for your group.

We do not schedule specific days and time parties.  Play sessions are only 50 minutes.

However you are welcome to bring in cake or other food to enjoy at the tables in the lobby if you would like celebrate the birthday child during your 50 minute session.

It's FREE!  Thank you to our amazing volunteer staff who make this possible for our community!  Be sure to give them a huge smile and hello when they greet you.

The indoor playground is designed for children 5-12 years old.  Younger children should only go on with an adult accompaning them.  

The bounce house is designed for children up to 100lbs per child and up to 500lbs total combined weight for all children in the bouncehouse at one time.

Smaller toys are available for yonger toddlers.

Food and beverages are not allowed ON the play equipment, however your family may sit at a table in the lobby if you would like to bring in food to eat.

No we do not take special date and time requests.  We will post all available times on this RSVP website.

New times will be posted each Thursday for the following week.   

Like and follow our Port City Church Facebook page to be notified when we publish new posts.  When you see a playground post, like and comment on it directly so that you will be notified if we add additional times.  (also feel free to share it so your other friends and family members know about this great community resource).

If someone cancels a reservation that time slot will become available immediately, so there is a chance that even though all time slots are taken, one may open up. Refresh the RSVP link as often as you like. :)

We ask that only healthy people enter the church.  

• No fever, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, runny nose, cough, shortness of breathe, diarrhea, vomiting within 24 hours.

• Do not attend if you have been exposed to a positive case of COVID within 10 days.

• Use the provide hand sanitizer upon entry and exit of the church.

• We will disinfect the play equipment between each play session.

Please refer to the confirmation email you received.  There is a link to click to cancel your reservation.  In doing so, you will open the spot for another family to enjoy.  We appreciate as much advanced notice as possible.

Due to high demand we ask that each family attend only 1 play session per week to allow others to have a chance to enjoy the indoor playground at Port City Church.
